General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) set out the terms applicable to purchases made on the DIREINE online store, which specialises in the sale of jewellery and jewellery accessories.

Any order placed on our store implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

DIREINE is a trading name established in Spain. Information regarding the seller's legal identity and professional contact details is available in the Legal Notices section of the website.

These terms apply without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognised by the applicable legislation.

Article 2 — Products

DIREINE offers a selection of jewellery designed to accompany every moment with elegance and refinement.

Our collections include, in particular, 925 sterling silver and 18-carat gold-plated 925 sterling silver jewellery.

Each item is presented with a description of its main features, including materials, dimensions, and finishes.

We endeavour to represent our jewellery as faithfully as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur depending on screens and lighting conditions.

The specifications indicated on each product page take precedence over general descriptions.

Article 3 — Prices

Product prices are shown in euros (€).

Applicable taxes are presented in accordance with current regulations and the information provided at the time of ordering.

Any delivery charges are indicated before the purchase is finalised.

DIREINE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the prices displayed and accepted at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Orders

To make a purchase, the customer selects the desired items and adds them to their cart.

Before confirming their order, they can check the selected products, quantities, delivery details, and the total amount payable.

The order is registered after payment is confirmed.

A confirmation email summarising the essential information about the order is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

In the exceptional event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, DIREINE will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution, including a refund.

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are made using the methods offered on the store at the time the order is confirmed.

Transactions are processed by secure payment service providers.

DIREINE does not store customers' full banking details.

Order preparation begins after payment is confirmed.

Article 7 — Order Tracking

Upon shipment, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking allows the customer to view the main stages of the package's journey.

In the event of a delivery issue, the customer may contact our customer service department.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance selling, consumers generally have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform DIREINE of their decision by making a clear statement, in particular by contacting our customer service department.

The customer then has 14 days from the communication of their decision to return the relevant products.

Jewellery may be examined and tried on with care, to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

The customer may be held responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary for this purpose.

In accordance with applicable legislation, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in particular jewellery made to the customer's specifications or that is clearly personalised.

Article 9 — Return Terms and Charges

9.1 — Change of Mind

If a customer wishes to return a piece of jewellery because it does not meet their preferences, they do not like it, or they have changed their mind, they must bear the direct return costs.

9.2 — Exchange at the Customer's Request

If the customer wishes to exchange a piece of jewellery for a different size, model, or other personal preference, they may contact our customer service department to find out about exchange options.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Any additional shipping costs are communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

This commercial exchange procedure does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal.

9.3 — Damaged Product or Preparation Error

If a piece of jewellery arrives damaged, has a non-conformity, or if an incorrect item was shipped, DIREINE will cover the costs necessary to resolve the issue, in accordance with the applicable statutory warranties.

The customer is invited to contact our customer service department, providing their order number and, if possible, attaching photographs of the product concerned.

9.4 — Damage Caused After Delivery

Damage resulting from an accident, misuse, or improper maintenance is not automatically covered by statutory warranties.

However, consumers' rights in the event of a non-conformity remain fully applicable.

Article 10 — Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, DIREINE will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable legislation.

Where provided for by law, this refund includes the initial delivery charges corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered.

Additional charges resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method are not necessarily refundable.

The refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

DIREINE may defer the refund until the products have been collected or until it has received proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Further details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Article 11 — Statutory Warranties

Products sold by DIREINE are covered by the applicable statutory warranties of conformity.

For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, the seller's statutory period of liability for non-conformities is generally three years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish regulations.

In the event of a non-conformity, the consumer may, subject to the legal conditions, be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

The costs necessary to bring the product into conformity will be borne in accordance with applicable legislation.

These terms do not limit any consumer's statutory rights.

Article 12 — Liability and Delivery

DIREINE undertakes to exercise the necessary care in preparing and shipping orders.

When transport is organised by DIREINE, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the consumer at the moment when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transport, the customer is invited to contact our customer service department so that a suitable solution can be put in place.

Article 13 — Intellectual Property

All elements on the DIREINE store, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic elements, and visual content, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited, except as provided by law.

Article 14 — Personal Data Protection

DIREINE attaches particular importance to the protection of its customers' personal data.

The information collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The terms of data collection, use, and retention are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Article 15 — Customer Service

For any questions regarding a product, order, delivery, return, or refund, our customer service department is at your disposal.

Inquiries may be sent to DIREINE using the contact details on the Contact page.

Article 16 — Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a problem with an order, the customer is invited to contact our customer service department to seek an amicable solution.

This does not limit their right to refer the matter to the competent authorities or the courts provided for by applicable legislation.

Any out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available to consumers remain applicable in accordance with current provisions.

Article 17 — Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

However, this choice does not deprive consumers residing in another country of the mandatory protections recognised by the applicable legislation.

Article 18 — Amendment of General Terms

DIREINE reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to reflect changes in its services, business, or regulations.

The terms applicable to an order are those communicated to the customer at the time of confirmation.
